What this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it
This policy covers azimuthtox.com, the marketing website. The Azimuth platform itself, where testing programs run, is governed by the agreements each customer signs with us, including a Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved. Donor and patient records never pass through this website.
Azimuth is operated by Suite 110 LLC. When this policy says "we," it means Suite 110 LLC, operating as Azimuth. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information you send us. When you book a demo, start a partnership conversation, or request the oral fluid guide, we receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, organization, role, and what you're interested in, along with the page you sent it from. When you email us, we receive your message and address.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies and records your approximate location from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard security and traffic logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time.
We collect nothing else. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting, and no data purchased from third parties.
We never sell your information. We never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Each of these processes data under its own agreement with us and its own privacy terms. They may store data in the United States.
Inquiries stay in our inbox and contact records for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick it back up if you return. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for fourteen months. Hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short, fixed period.
The site is served over encrypted connections. Form submissions and email travel encrypted in transit. Access to inquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
This site is for organizations that run testing programs. It is written for adults, and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone under thirteen.
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes get a note at the top of this page for thirty days.
