Monitoring That Fits
the Clinical Visit
A point-of-care read while the patient is still in the room, findings framed the way a clinician thinks, and quantitative confirmation from your laboratory when it matters. Configure the panel you prescribe, and keep the record HIPAA-grade from collection to deletion.
Thirty minutes, tailored to your monitoring protocol. No obligation.

Same-Visit Answers,
Defensible Records
Writing the next script against a week-old result is prescribing on faith. Azimuth answers during the visit: an instant point-of-care read while the patient is in the room, quantitative confirmation from your laboratory when it matters, and a monitoring record that stands up when the board or a payer comes asking.
Same-Visit Results
An instant point-of-care read informs the visit while the patient is still in the room, with laboratory confirmation when clinically indicated. The monitoring conversation happens face to face, while it can still change the decision.
Built for Providers
Analyte-level findings, specimen validity, and an interpretation note, designed for clinical monitoring from the first line. The report reads the way you think, so review takes seconds and the finding goes straight to the chart.
Your Lab, Your Panels
Bring your own laboratory and configure clinically relevant panels in minutes, so monitoring follows your protocol as it evolves, medication by medication and patient by patient.
Clean Records
Paperless chain of custody, results to the chart, privacy-first data handling across the whole lifecycle.
A monitoring tool that respects the clinical visit: fast, configurable, defensible.
Order, Collect, Read,
Confirm, Chart
The workflow follows the visit. The medical assistant collects, the reader reads, the provider interprets, the laboratory confirms where indicated, and the record keeps itself defensible.
Order the Panel You Prescribe
Panels and cutoffs follow your protocol: the medications, the metabolites, the specimen validity checks. Change them in minutes as the protocol evolves.
Consent and Collect
The HIPAA acknowledgment is captured as a signed document. Paperless custody from the first scan, urine or oral fluid, with specimen validity assessed at the counter.
Read in the Room
An instant point-of-care read informs the visit while the patient is present, with the image stored behind every call.
Confirm Quantitatively
Send to your laboratory for quantitative confirmation when clinically indicated. Results return electronically to the same record as the point-of-care read.
Interpret
Analyte-level findings with interpretation framing, expected versus unexpected, on a report a physician can chart and a reviewer can follow.
Keep It Defensible
Retention, legal holds, and Safe-Harbor de-identification run on configuration. When the board or a payer asks, the record is complete and the access log is already there.
The Provider, the Practice,
and the Privacy Officer
Three people sign off on a monitoring program: the clinician who reads the result, the manager who runs the room, and the officer who answers for the PHI. Each gets a workflow built for their question.
Findings you can chart.
Expected medications present, unexpected substances flagged, a specimen validity readout, and an interpretation note. The report reads the way you think, so review takes seconds and the conversation happens face to face.
- Analyte-level findings
- Interpretation note
- Chartable report
Order, collect, done.
The workflow matches how the practice already runs: the MA collects, the reader reads, the result goes to the chart. Reconfigure a panel yourself without a vendor ticket, and watch throughput from one dashboard.
- Configurable panels
- Guided collection
- Operations view
PHI handled to the letter.
Least-privilege access, audience-aware disclosure, an immutable audit trail, and a data lifecycle with retention, legal holds, and Safe-Harbor purge running on configuration. The policy becomes the platform's behavior.

Before the Demo
Is this employment-style pass/fail?
No. The clinical profile presents analyte-level findings, specimen validity, and an interpretation note for the ordering provider. The report goes to the chart, and nothing on it says fail.
Which laboratory confirms?
Yours. Azimuth routes to the laboratory you designate and receives quantitative results electronically, into the same record as the point-of-care read.
Can we monitor specific medications?
Yes. Panels, cutoffs, and reporting behavior are configured per practice and per protocol, including which findings count as expected for a given prescription.
How is PHI protected?
Scope-aware access, audience-aware disclosure, immutable audit, and a HIPAA Safe-Harbor data lifecycle: retention windows, legal holds, and de-identification on schedule.
Does it fit an existing EHR?
Results flow out by API, webhook, or mapped export, and orders can come in the same way. The integration engine is configured in-app, so a new interface is a mapping and a trigger, with no custom build.
Talk Clinical Monitoring
Thirty minutes. We model your monitoring panel, run a point-of-care read, send a confirmation to the lab, and generate the clinical report your chart would receive.
