Results Before the Candidate
Leaves the Lobby
Azimuth reads the cup at the point of collection, so clear results resolve on the spot and only the exceptions travel to the lab. Ordering, reads, confirmation, MRO review, reporting, and billing run on one platform, under your panels and your brand.
Thirty minutes, tailored to your workplace policy. No obligation.
Runs on a phone, tablet, or the optional desktop station · Your panels, per location · Billing that fits your sites
One Platform, Billing That Fits,
Results in Minutes
A good candidate with a Monday start date waits about three days for a lab-routed screen. Some of them take the other offer while they wait. Azimuth reads the cup before they leave the building, so clear results resolve on the spot and only the exceptions travel to the lab. Hiring managers get an answer, and the recruiter gets the afternoon back.
Results While They're Still in the Lobby
Results are read remotely at the point of collection, with the image stored behind the call. Hiring managers stop calling to ask where the result is, start dates stop slipping, and return-to-work calls happen the same day.
One Platform, One Number to Call
Ordering, reads, lab confirmation, MRO review, reporting, and billing on one platform, shaped to your sites and cost centers. One number to call when you need something, and hours of vendor reconciliation back every month.
Your Panels, Your Rules
Configure exactly what you test, per location or per client: which assays, which cutoffs, which donor fields appear, who signs off. Change it yourself, the same day, without a vendor ticket.
Commodity-Cup Economics
A phone, a tablet, or the optional desktop station reads the cups you already buy. The $500-reader line item leaves the budget, and the per-test math finally works at your volume.
Faster hiring decisions, lower cost per test, and a clean record for every result.
Order to Answer,
in One Sitting
A pre-employment screen should take one visit and one screen. Here is the path a test takes from the hiring manager's click to the pass/fail in HR's inbox.
Order in One Click
Pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion. Pick the panel the role requires; the workflow fills in the rest. Walk-ins get created at the counter with zero setup.
Collect
Guided collection with an identity check, consent, and a serialized seal. Urine or oral fluid, each with its own protocol, each sealed from the first scan.
Instant Read
The cup is read remotely in minutes, with the image stored behind the call. A negative result releases while the candidate is still in the building.
Reflex Only the Exceptions
Non-negatives route automatically to your confirmation lab. MRO review happens in-platform, with the donor contact and the determination on the record.
Report to the Right Eyes
HR gets a clean pass/fail through a secure, expiring link, no login required. Analyte detail stays gated to the people entitled to see it, and every view is logged.
Billing That Fits
Price lists and billing profiles model who pays for whom: per site, per client, per parent company. The invoices follow your org chart, and there is one number to call.
Three People Waiting
on the Same Result
The recruiter, the hiring manager, and the site lead all want the same thing from a drug screen: a fast, clean answer they can act on. Each of them gets a workflow built for exactly that.
Start dates stop slipping.
A good candidate with a Monday start waits days for a lab-routed screen, and some take the other offer while they wait. Azimuth clears the negative before they leave the lot, and the hiring manager gets a link the moment it releases.
- Instant reads
- Secure result link
- Pass/fail only
One click. One answer.
Order from a phone, watch status in real time, receive a pass/fail the moment it releases. The clinical detail never lands on your desk, which keeps you out of decisions you should never be making.
- Mobile ordering
- Real-time status
- Audience-aware reports
Walk-ins handled at the counter.
Unannounced applicants, post-accident tests at the end of a shift, a random pull on a Tuesday. Applicants check themselves in on their own phone or the lobby tablet, from the QR on the lobby poster, the order sheet, or their appointment email, sign consent on the glass in English or Spanish, and appear in the collector's waiting list with the clock running. The capture flow is scan, place, capture, seal, and the record writes itself while the line keeps moving.
- Lobby self check-in
- Walk-in creation
- Guided capture
- Per-site panels
Before the Demo
How fast is a result, really?
A negative instant read releases in minutes, at the point of collection. Non-negatives go to your lab for confirmation with the MRO step tracked in-platform, so the exceptions take the time exceptions should, and nothing else waits on them.
Will HR see medical information?
No. Reports are audience-aware. HR sees the outcome; analyte-level detail is gated to the MRO, the donor, and whoever your policy authorizes. Every view is logged.
Can we run different panels at different sites?
Yes. Panels, cutoffs, donor fields, and sign-off rules are configured per location or per client, and you change them yourself without a vendor ticket.
What hardware do we need?
A phone, a tablet, or the optional Azimuth desktop station, with the cups you already buy. Every form factor produces the same objective, image-backed read, and the $500 proprietary box leaves the budget.
Do we keep our lab?
Yes. Bring your own confirmation lab and MRO. Azimuth routes work to them and pulls results back electronically.
