How do we answer a challenge to the random selection?
Re-run the draw. Each selection stores the exact pool and seed it used and reproduces the same result on demand, years later. The color-code schedule works the same way, with frequency targets you can report against.
Do we have to switch labs?
No. Bring the confirmation laboratory you already use. Azimuth reflexes specimens to it and pulls results back electronically, and a split-specimen retest can go to a second certified lab.
Can a supervisee test from home?
Yes, through tele-proctored observed collection: scheduled, identity-verified, observed live by a proctor, and attested on the record. It is the remote analogue of a directly observed collection.
What about treatment courts and confidentiality?
Programs can be designated under 42 CFR Part 2, which places the redisclosure notice on every released report and gates who sees clinical detail. The court sees compliance; the treatment record stays where it belongs.
Juvenile caseloads?
Guardian and minor consent are built in, captured as signed documents on the collection record.
